1. General Provisions

These terms govern your use of our website at aibizflow.top and our offerings related to AI driven business process automation. AIBizFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting.

2. Services

“Services” cover custom AI driven business process automation solutions tailored to Client requirements, including analysis, design, development, and deployment.

2.1 Refund and reimbursement for Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days prior to scheduled commencement of a Service. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved requests will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. After Services have commenced or final deliverables are provided, no reimbursement is available. Instead, Clients may transfer the Service engagement to another project or date subject to AIBizFlow's availability and mutual agreement.

3. Information Products

“Information Products” refer to digital courses, webinars, and downloadable materials offered on aibizflow.top.

3.1 Reimbursement for Information Products

Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To initiate a request, use our contact form. Upon approval, we will reimburse the purchase amount via the original payment method within 14 days. After this period or if more than 20% of the content has been accessed, no reimbursement is available due to the nature of digital materials.

4. Goods

“Goods” mean physical items offered on aibizflow.top.

4.1 Reimbursement for Goods

Goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Clients must use our contact form to request shipping instructions. Once received and inspected, we will process a reimbursement via the original payment method within 14 days. After this 30-day period, no reimbursement is available. Service transfers do not apply to physical Goods.

5. Liability Limitation

AIBizFlow's total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the relevant Service, Information Product, or Good. In no event shall AIBizFlow be liable for special or consequential harm.

6. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Zurich.
